Analog Signal
In our daily lives we are using analog signal mostly. This signal can be used mostly for voice communication(talking on the telephone). It is composed mainly of the combination of electromagnetic waves.
Advantages :
- Analog signal is very useful for sending video and audio data.
- Analog signal system is available from any end of the world.
Disadvantage :
- External or other signals affect this signal very much.
Digital Signal
Digital Signals used for computer communication with a others electronic communication. Digital Signal is made only by the binary digit 0 and 1.
Advantage :
- Using digital signal we are able to make measurement exact quantity.
- We are capable to store huge amount of data in a small chip(memory, storage device).
- In digital system data are more understandable for the human.
- Digital signal is very useful for sending text data.
Disadvantage :
- Digital signal is not available from any end of the world.
